Smile for Hope benefits the Virginia Beach Community Trust Dental Fund. The dental fund was created to assist Mental Health Substance Abuse Division consumers who need dental services, but don’t have the financial means to pay for them. The Virginia Beach Community Trust Exempt Fund is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. A group of trustees maintains and provides oversight for the dental fund.
